PRAKTICA UK has introduced a complete digiscope outfit that combines the Praktica 15-45x60 waterproof spotting scope with the PRAKTICA Luxmedia 12-Z4 12 million pixel digital compact camera. The outfit contains a universal adapter that connects the two together without compromising any optical performance or functions.

Digiscoping is Afocal Photography at its most versatile. The digiscope adapter connects the camera to the scope, leaving free all focussing and zoom controls on both. Initial adjustment of the optical zoom on the camera will focus the image and eliminate vignetting. The digital zoom can then be used to fill the frame.
